Walking the halls of today brought back so many incredible memories.
Before the Stampede Princess crown , I was an MRU student and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. This school gave me so many opportunities and introduced me to amazing people, and it really is such an important part in my story.
What’s been especially cool, is staying connected even after graduating. I’ve had the chance to come back several times for their alumni takeovers and speak to classes on my experiences and career since leaving MRU.
Spending this day back on campus, being interviewed for their alumni feature and sharing this part of my journey felt so full circle! 🧬🎓

Who’s excited for Stampede? I know I am!
An evening at was the best way to get into the Stampede spirit and start the countdown to July. Their team is always so genuinely helpful and just plain fun to be around. The hat bar was such a highlight, with so many feathers, ribbons and charms to truly personalize your hat!
And I will say, I simply can’t walk out empty handed. 🤠✨🛍️
Spent today shooting at John Scott Ranch in Alberta; A working ranch where Alberta history, ranch life, and Hollywood storytelling meet. 🎬🐎
This incredible property has been the backdrop for notable productions including Legends of the Fall, The Revenant, Shanghai Noon, and has connections to newer productions helping showcase Alberta to the world.
From ranching roots to movie magic, there’s something special about creating in a place with this much history and character.
A huge thank you to John Scott Ranch for welcoming us onto your beautiful property today. Grateful for the opportunity to create here. 🤍✨

Getting to finally see my official Calgary Stampede Princess parade leathers for the very first time was such an emotional moment.
I feel incredibly grateful for the care, creativity, and heart that went into creating something so personal and meaningful for my year as Princess. There is such an amazing team behind the scenes working to make this experience so special, and these leathers are such a beautiful reflection of that.
Thank you to for bringing this vision to life with so much artistry and thoughtfulness. I already cannot wait for these leathers to officially make their debut this summer. 💙
Some dreams stay with you for a lifetime… and today, one of mine came true. 💙
Every Calgary Stampede Princess is gifted a one-of-a-kind set of parade leathers, handcrafted to reflect who she is as an ambassador of the Calgary Stampede. Worn throughout the Princess’ reign — including in the iconic Calgary Stampede Parade — these leathers represent not only a personal story, but a cherished tradition that has been part of Stampede Royalty for 80 years.
Seeing mine for the very first time was a moment I’ll never forget.
Designed by Janine of , every detail was created with such incredible thought and artistry. Inspired by the Alberta landscape, the design features the crocus flower — one of the first signs of spring — symbolizing renewal, optimism, and courage. Woven within the florals is the hidden grizzly bear, representing strength and resilience.
Those symbols feel deeply personal to me.
After returning to compete for Stampede Princess three different times before finally being crowned, this moment means more than I can fully put into words. These leathers feel like a reflection of that journey…of perseverance, passion, and believing in a dream even when the path isn’t always easy.
As a little girl, I dreamed of one day wearing these leathers. Today, I finally got to step into that dream. ✨
The smallest runners of the with the biggest smiles!
This morning was the Wild Wee Little Ones race and we took part in the warmup and even did some running ourselves! We also joined and to get everyone ready for their big moment at the start line.
With 1,200 kids running it was pure fun! (and a little chaos) 🏃♀️💨

We spent the afternoon welcoming athletes and their families from across Canada to Calgary for the 2026 Youth Nationals!
Over the next couple of weeks, the BMO Centre will be filled with exceptional young athletes competing for national titles while representing communities from coast to coast. It was such a pleasure to connect with so many visitors and share Calgary’s renowned western hospitality throughout the day! 🏐🇨🇦
Here’s to my Stampede Sister. 43 days and counting.
Booked and busy 🗓️💅
Help keep us that way by inviting the Calgary Stampede Princesses to your next event! The form can be found under the Royalty section on the Calgary Stampede website.
You can’t rain on my parade!
Okay, well maybe you literally can. But that’s not going to stop us from having fun
Sad to say our first parade of the year in High River was cancelled because of weather (typical May long). But luckily, and our advisors, driver, social media and equine team are all very good sports, so we had our own parade moment in the rain instead.
Sunny days ahead, and we’ll see you next time! ☔️🐴

When said “horses and food. This is what I signed up for!,” I knew it was going to be the best day ever.
Yesterday, the Midway Food Preview event was just that.
Six local food trucks rolled onto Stampede Park for us to sample. From sushi to pizza, drinks to cookies, we tried all the new food offerings from these incredible midway food exhibitors (and, shhhhh….even tried a few twice).
49 days to go, and another 62 new foods to try!
