🎉 Congratulations to my buyers on their new home in Kensington! 🏡✨

This Calgary market has been very uncertain recently, to say the least. Condos are staying on the market for months, while detached homes are selling in a day. It’s a whirlwind for buyers and sellers right now—both good and bad!

This property was no different. Six showings at the same time as soon as it opened for viewing. A lot of interest and a lot of competition. Even though it wasn’t easy, we were able to secure this beautiful home on the same day it hit the market!
