Some of today's harvest. Our fruiting room sits between 15C and 17C. Lion’s Mane and Blue Oysters are loving it; however, Pink and Golden Oysters are struggling.

I’m missing summer already. Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, and Golden Oyster from last summer.

As we move into the winter months, I will be growing cold-tolerant mushrooms such as Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Enoki, and Pioppino mushrooms.
