Towel rack gone wrong!. Someone tried to drill into the main sewer line a good five times before moving over. The result was a nasty leak in the wall. Tough fix but glad it worked out well.

I spy with my little eye no leaks!!
Here is another one. I think I know why your toilets loose!. Toilet fl**ge not connected to the subfloor. The result toilet wouldn’t sit right.
I think I may have found the leak on the kitchen line.

Recent whole house Repipe exposed some very sub par work. You are not allowed to install galvanized fittings on water lines for this reason. The owner almost had a big leak. The repair I did in pex pipe and saved the customer almost 3k just for the Grohe steam shower valve!!

Look at this maze :). This was a kitchen sink done by the person doing the dishwasher install. Easily fixable afterwards.
