Happy anniversary my Queen!! 9 years ago today we said I do surrounded by our closest friends and family. I cant imagine going through this life with anyone else. We have been through a lot the last 9 years, the good times and the bad, 2 amazing boys, many houses, and many, many memories! With every day that goes by we become the most badass couple around and I can't wait to see what the rest of our life has in store for us! We are growing together and pushing each other to be the best that we can be. 75 DAYS LATER....

Well, I may not have done 75 hard exactly, but I stuck to a meal plan for 75 days, I worked put everyday for 75 days and I had no alcohol for 75 days. This is the result 👆.
I actually really enjoyed the last 75 days. For one, if I didn't want to drink or rat something it was a great way to get out of it. Of you say your in a fitness challenge people leave you alone, if you say you just don't want to, they keep pressuring you. And second, I love that I got back to where u wanted to be.

I have been thinking of doing something similar where I follow a meal plan, workout and no alcohol for 90 days. I was also considering doing it with all of you who would like to join me. If it is something you might consider let me know or if you want to know more about what im think reach out!!
