Loft YYC is a collective space that focuses on community, uniqueness and growth for you and your business. We pride ourselves on the support we provide to our tenants and the space we have created for your business to thrive.

Our studio rooms are suitable for quiet professional services and include the following amenities:

— coffee bar and full tenant kitchen
— neutral and minimal decor & aesthetic

— full security system for your safety
— free parking for you + your clients
— working alongside like-minded and motivating individuals

Rent includes 122 sqft treatment room with an AHS approved sink + vanity and all utilities (heat, water, electricity, wifi, common area). Parking is available right out front with an abundance of free spots for you + your clients.

we have a big announcement — our content rooms are coming to an end next month.

our content rooms have been a large part of Loft’s identity and it’s very bittersweet to see them go. Bitter in the sense that we created such a beautiful space to simply create that will no longer be… but sweet in a sense of we are now welcoming some amazing new entrepreneurs into our space!

we are going through a season of growth, both as a business and within our personal lives. Getting rid of our content rooms is the necessary step we have to take right now. As we transition into solely being a collective space for wellness + beauty entrepreneurs, we will still always vow to foster creativity and growth.

we would like to thank each and every one of you who has come in to use our content room space and supported us in any capacity! We are so thankful for the connections and relationships that we have created because of our content rooms and hope to continue to see your familiar faces in Loft pampering yourselves and practicing self-care with the incredible network of women that passionately run their businesses here.

our content room will be available for bookings from now until June 11th and we hope to see all of your beautiful faces one last time!
