Just finished week 2 of R3 so here's a check-in:
🔱 Eating every few hours is actually easy now. You might think eating every 3 hours is counterintuitive to losing weight, but as I have discovered in other times of my life, when I'm not eating enough, I actually struggle to lose weight
🔱 You will have to pry carbs out of my cold, dead hands. Cutting carbs and eating based on a keto or carnivore or whatever "diet" may work for you and I'm happy for you, it's just not for me
🔱 I will never get the recommended amount of daily protein and I'm not going to start eating meat after 30+ years just to hit an arbitrary amount of protein each day
🔱 The word "detox" is so overused and I don't think people realize what it actually means. I also have functional kidneys and a liver, so I don't need anything extra
That is all for now, pants fit a bit better and I'm also probably the most hydrated I've been in a long time

First, I'm gonna need Instagram to stop suggesting I use Taylor Swift songs in my post - no, just no!
Second, I hate the few days prior to "aunt flow" coming to visit because I am tired, overstimulated, overwhelmed, and ready to throw down with anyone who just looks at me sideways.
With that being said, I am so far behind on stuff for that I need to take a step back from everything else and just focus on that. I have almost 2000 unread emails, DMs and messages (in fairness most are spam and I need to unsubscribe), 3 giant piles of laundry (dirty, clean and clean enough) and my office is a disaster. So, I'm going to focus on that, maybe I'll post here, maybe I'll just repost other content but until I get caught up, it's time to try and focus on one thing at a time

The weight rack was a bit of a mess and honestly making me a little crazy - they are now all cleaned, disinfected and straightened out. Will it last? No, but that's okay.
I'm also going to paint the numbers so you can see them better in the dark

Week One of the R3 Challenge accountability post:
💙 I have discovered my new favorite way to make a London Fog and get fiber and protein in it
💚 I have actually drank water this past week. For someone who says to drink water multiple times a day, I never really listened to myself
💙 I haven't drank the sugary, powdered iced tea mix in a week because I found a substitute (see last photo)
💚 I found my energy levels dipped and teaching multiple classes was hard, but the reset phase is only one more week
💙 It's my birthday this week and I know I'm going to have food that is on the "no list" and I am 100% okay with that. I've been working hard on my relationship with food and I don't plan on going back to those obsessive/restrictive ways again
💚 Eating every 2-3 hours has definitely kick-started something because I'm now actually hungry throughout the day instead of "oh s**t! I haven't eaten today" or bingeing at the end of the day. Listening to my hunger cues is becoming easier
💙 My Pinterest feed is full of recipes now, so I have lots of things to try
Now, it's almost baseball time! My Seahawks won 🎉 Now GO MARINERS! 🔱

Do I eat like a toddler since I started this 6 week challenge? Yes, yes I do. BUT am I actually eating? Yes and eating enough to fuel my days and workouts

Last minute theme class for tomorrow at 6:15am, we are going baseball inspired in honor of MLB playoffs and me currently watching the Mariners play as I set up the studio for my class tonight
