At home full body workout. This one is a timed circuit 30 seconds to 1 minute for each exercise. Complete all exercises before repeating the circuit. This can take 7 minutes or 35 minutes depending on how many rounds you choose to do!

If you are new here welcome to my page! If you have been here for awhile, I thank you for the continued support!
I have been MIA lately due to a surgery that I had a couple months ago and recovery is taking longer then expected. I am still training clients, but my workouts have changed drastically.
I wanted to take the time to talk about set backs. There will be set backs in your health and fitness journey and that’s okay! Progress is not linear and sometimes your body has to do what it has to do, so that we can continue to hit our goals successfully. Taking time off can be scary, just know it’s okay! Taking a break is just that, it is temporary and your health always comes first. It has taken me years to learn this and to not get down in the dumps about injuries/ set backs in my health and fitness journey.
Love your body because you only have one. Treat your body with the respect that you give to others. Your body will thank you in the long run!

“I have been struggling with weight and ambition to work out for a long time since all of my efforts previously have not payed off. Daily activity was becoming hard since I also have arthritis and my joints were in pain. I decided to give Margo a chance because I was getting desperate to not have pain/ weakness in daily activities without struggling.
First and foremost the first changes I saw was a decline in pain because she was able to make a work out suitable for me that targeted my weaknesses and strengthened them. I was impressed since last time I had a personal trainer instead of helping me they managed to hurt my knee and I needed extra medical procedures to fix it. My body and movements feel a lot better, but secondly I am feeling better in my body. I have lost inches and fit clothes better. Because of these changes my confidence has gone up as well and went from one piece swimsuits and hiding from photos to a two piece swim suit (that I would never have worn before) and being comfortable with taking a photo and having it posted.”

It hurts me to see that there are individuals out there that have bad experiences with personal training that deter them from seeking help to make daily life more enjoyable. My goal is to make at least one positive change in any of my clients lives, through diving deep into past medical history, researching if I have yet to encounter something, movement assessments, specifically tailored programs to your goals, while also working on balancing the entire body. I’m glad March took the leap of faith to train with me and seeing her confidence increase is all I can ask for.
