Pampalow blood Recipe haha dami nag ask kaya eto na

Recipe ng Pang Low Blood 🐷 🐖

1 rack pork ribs or more double up na lang ingredients or condiments

DRY RUB

1 tbsp BROWN SUGAR
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp ground pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika

Barbecue Sauce
2 cups Barbecue Sauce
Honey (optional)
1 lime juice and zest
1 pork bouillon or cube
1/2 cup water
Iluto mo in low heat para malaman mo kung tama ang timpla .

Preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit.
Tanggalin ang membrane sa likod ng ribs yung parang plastic kasi matigas yun . Rub ribs with dry rub on both sides. Place ribs in oven safe dish (casserole dish works well) with meat side up. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours, or until rib temperature reaches at least 190 degrees, but no more than 200 degrees.
Remove ribs from oven. Baste with BBQ sauce, and broil at 525 degrees fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes to caramelize BBQ sauce.
