Today we close a very special chapter: the end of the Empower program.

It’s been an intense few weeks of learning, growth, and connection with amazing women who, like me, are building their dreams from scratch, in a new country, with all their heart.

I’m deeply grateful for this experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone, challenged me to present my project in front of a jury (in English!), and reminded me that it is possible when there’s passion, effort, and community.

Thank you to all the mentors, the organizing team, and my fellow participants—especially the incredible group of Latinas with whom I shared support, laughter, and nerves.

A very special thank you to my mentor Malia, for her warmth, guidance, and constant encouragement. And to my husband, for being my rock every step of the way—I couldn’t have done this without your support.

And to my little daughter, who is my greatest inspiration—this dream is also for you.

I feel truly happy and proud to have made it this far.
