I can't believe they're still smiling after that! Yesterday’s Black Belt test was gruelling, demanding and designed to test far more than just technique. These students showed heart from start to finish; join us in wishing them the very best as they await their results.

Today, our family was granted Canadian citizenship. 🇨🇦

Life is full of tests. Some in the dojang, some in the real world. We sacrificed everything to be here and worked hard for a better future. Through discipline, setbacks, courage and perseverance, we passed today.

Canada may be cold in climate, but its warmth comes from the kindness of its people. We are deeply humbled, grateful and proud to call this country home.
