Mandala & Mindfulness — a slow, guided afternoon in Calgary. We begin with breath, write a private letter to your future self (we seal it and mail it back to you in 6 months), then build a hand-painted mirror mandala, dot by dot.

What a two weeks 💛 We had the absolute joy of bringing five workshops to the InglewooDIY Festival — string art, dot mandalas, tote bag painting, block printing, and planter painting. Thank you to every single person who pulled up a chair, got their hands messy, and made something they’re proud of. Watching a room full of people create is our favourite thing in the world, and Inglewood gave us the best two weeks. 🎨
