Cladding progress is coming along nicely in West Hillhurst!

Our teams are pushing to get the envelope sealed before winter sets in. With a blend of brick and Lux panels, this project is already showing some serious curb appeal.

The team has been keeping busy with this 133 unit Townhome development in Trinity Hills. Kalamoir builds several hundred townhome units per year in Calgary and surrounding area for developers looking to Build with Certainty.

In just over three months, the crew at this Sunset Ridge townhome development has made incredible strides - from backfill to cladding on the first 2 buildings. The team has been working non-stop, tackling every challenge head-on, and it’s starting to show in the transformation of the site.

At Kalamoir, we specialize in value engineering and building with certainty meaning a project that is on time and on budget. This project in Sunset Ridge is no exception to this.

Huge kudos to the team at Sunset for working hard to keep pushing this project along.

Bird’s-eye view of precision at work. This is where planning meets ex*****on. We build on small parcels that are typically next to existing structures or beside a separate development. It makes for complex logistics with no room for mistakes. The city grows up and in, and we build it right. While inner city developments all come with their own complexities, it's views like this where the finish line inches closer that make us feel proud of everything we've accomplished throughout the build.

Our townhome development in Sunset Ridge is well underway. A total of 63 units with 19 stacked units that is on track be renting summer of this year. Shoutout to our project team for keeping this one moving quickly!

What a view from this first floor walkout bedroom. We may be biased, but some of the best townhome rentals in the city will be hitting the market this spring / summer. Stay tuned for the release of The Ridge at Trinity Hills.

Another inner city infill project in the books. This 8 unit project features 2 buildings separated by a courtyard and detached garages. Each building contains 2 upper units and 2 lower units. As with any inner city project this build came with its unique challenges that we’re proud to have collaboratively worked through with our client.

Exterior well underway at Trinity Hills. This exciting development will start renting in early 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.

We just wrapped up this stacked townhome that is unique to the Calgary market. Located in Bowness, this two story, two bedroom stacked townhome features 4 floors of living space. Another project on budget and on schedule for an amazing client.
