Today on Employee Appreciation Day, I want to recognize someone who is truly at the heart of our work.
Our Client Care Liaison, Candis, approaches every interaction with incredible compassion, patience, and respect. She is often the first person families connect with when they reach out to our office, and she carries the stories of those we serve with such care and dignity.
In a role that requires organization, empathy, and emotional strength, she shows up every day with kindness and genuine concern for the people behind the paperwork and phone calls. She helps create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and welcomed from the very beginning.
I am deeply grateful for the dedication she brings to this work and for the humanity she brings to our practice.
