This month we collaborated with Chef Don Lee from for a very delicious Pasta Club feature! Don has put together a recipe inspired by his favourite staff meal, Prawn Gigli with tomato passata and nduja breadcrumb.

This feature kit is available for home delivery to Pasta Club members for the month of June!

Designed by Twobytwo Architecture Studio with custom millwork by ANA Projects, the space brings together industrial textures, warm tones, and a modern Italian-inspired atmosphere.

Exciting news! We're hosting a Pasta Omakase in North Vancouver next week at ! You can find us April 29th - May 1st at the "Market Kitchen" pop-up space inside the new Food Hall. Drink pairings will be available from bar. Seatings are super limited so book asap! 8 Courses, only $65 pp.

February Pasta Club features span from the far South to far North of Italy. Starting with a Sicilian Pistachio Pesto Casarecce, a vibrant and rich pesto using pancetta, ricotta and loads of pistachios. Then heading to the Trentino-Alto Adigo region for Canederli en Brodo, a bread dumpling in porcini & parmigiano brodo with marinated mushrooms. Both pastas are great comfort food for a winter month!
