Described by Celtic as “one of the best Irish singers of our time,” Michael Londra has carried out a remarkable career in Irish music as a Singer, Director and Producer. He was nominated for two Emmy awards in 2012 for his own TV special for PBS television Beyond Celtic. He was the lead voice of Riverdance on Broadway, and can be heard with Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli and Il Dico on the universal records album Aria Ancora. Michael met Anthony Street in 2012 through a mutual friend. He has accompanied and directed the cast on tours throughout the world. Michael continues to work with the show and is a great friend and mentor to Anthony.

Meet Connor! Performing with Celtic Illusion for many years, Connor is one of Australia’s most prominent Celtic musicians and dancers. Playing and dancing from a young age, Connor has gone from strength to strength, winning multiple awards for his music on Uilleann Pipes and Flute, and in 2016 he won the Peter J Daly Memorial Award of Excellence in Celtic Music.

His skills don’t stop there, with almost 10 years of competitive dance training to back him up at the Roberts Academy of Irish Dance, Connor is a National Champion and 5 time South Australian State Champion. He now travels with Celtic Illusion throughout Australia, New Zealand, and North America.

Claire is back with us for our North American tour, gracing the crowds with her violin playing, and more.

Claire is a multi-instrumentalist currently living in Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Communications Studies and a certificate in Music Business. A student teacher with the Atlanta Irish Music School since 2012, Claire founded the Nashville Irish Music School in 2019, teaching music on a variety of instruments. Along with teaching, she has performed at numerous venues: Chamber of Commerce, Spivey Hall, Atlanta City Winery and Emory Celtic Christmas, along with many bands in Georgia with the Atlantic Celtic Company. Claire has participated in the Fleadh, placing in the concertina and flute, and the GrupaiCeoil and Ceili Band competitions. She also plays in Michael Londra’s band.

Welcome, Michaela to the Celtic Illusion party! Michaela is our singer on the North American tour, with the lovely voice and the charm to match it.

Michaela earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Nazareth College of Rochester and is proud to be well-versed in various vocal styles. Her love of Irish music and culture was sparked in Celtic Fyre at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, where she had the opportunity to perform alongside world champion Irish dancers for three years. Pre-pandemic shutdown, she was celebrating Irish music and entertaining audiences across the Midwest, touring as the lead singer in Dublin Beat: The Young Irelanders (North American Cast). Other notable experiences include performing in Celtic Celebration: A 20 year Tribute to Irish Dance, singing in the Irish Band Dublin Over, and harmonizing in the female acapella trio, Emerald Ensemble.

Meet Natasha! Natasha is our female lead for our North American tour and we are so excited to have her as part of the Celtic Illusion family.

Natasha, company member of Celtic Illusion since 2020, was born and raised in Montreal. Dancing for over fifteen years at the Short School of Irish Dancing and now a teacher, she has placed top ten at the World Championships, top five at the North American Championships and has won the Eastern Canadian Regional Championships twice. Natasha has also trained in ballet and contemporary dance at Ballet Divertimento and holds a degree in dance education from I’UQAM.

She has also had the pleasure of performing in television programs such as “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Voulez-VousDanser?” and “L’Echelle du Talent”, and often performs with Short School colleague and dance partner Lucas Lawton in their dance company IDanceDuo as well as other international touring companies such as Murphy’s Celtic Legacy, Celtic Illusion and the world-famous, Lord of the Dance.

Meet the Cast! Anthony Street Illusionist not only is the lead dancer in Celtic Illusion, but he also created, choreographed and directs the show!

Anthony grew up in Healsville, Victoria, Australia. As a child, Anthony was surrounded by motorbikes, race cars and hunting. Little did he know his life and career would lead him to the world stage.

Shortly before 2000, Anthony joined the Australian Irish Dance Company (AIDC). With the AIDC he performed at numerous prestigious events and venues including the MCG, Hammer Hall and the Sydney Opera House.

Soon after joining the AIDC, Anthony was approached by an international dance show Gaelforce. At the age 19, he packed his bags and said his goodbyes. The five months was quickly extended to 11 months after he auditioned for Dance of Desired, created by Daire Nolan, the original male lead for Lord of the Dance.

Anthony built a solid network among his peers. He soon heard Michael Flatley was starting a fourth trip of his show Lord of the Dance. Anthony was invited for a trial rehearsal by the producers and Lord of the Dance. On the second day he was asked to start learning the second lead male role as “the Bad Guy”. After long days of intense rehearsal and sleepless nights it eventually paid off for him and turned into a four-and-a-half-year career as principal dancer for the Lord of the Dance. It was a dream achieved and Anthony dreamed big. His next dream was the biggest, to have his very own production. After months of intense preparation, Celtic Illusions premiered in November 2011, and has been touring steadily ever since!
