Broke out some of my favourite “grandma hobbies” and dropped off some bench exhibits for the this weekend in Millarville. The kids entered some art, a licked salt block story and we all entered some baking. Check it out on Saturday and Sunday.

The family is in PEI, Fridays off work for the summer, so I’m making quilt tops for the new babies in my extended family.

What are your weekend plans? I’m hoping mine include some outdoorsy time with the family, some spring markets, a trip to the fabric store and some sewing!

My youngest daughter has decided this dress is hers now. She wore it all day yesterday - to her day home, around the house, out selling Girl Guide cookies with the Sparks. These dresses are made to be played in! 📸:
