True, traditional femininity can help open a door for the masculine to heal.

Just like we need the masculine to be comfortable to be our true feminine selves.

No one gender is to blame more than the other. We simply need to work together to flourish.

You weren't put in this Earth to hate your body.

To not be in a FULL spectrum- essenced relationship with your skin and your curves and your hips

God wants you to be in love with your body

The one He designed

Because your body is directly connected to your purpose

It holds your heart, bones and veins.
It carries you around so that you can experience this wild life.

Your body is so important

I used to hate mine,
Starve it, binge it,
Cut it, stretch it, poke it
Force it, judge it.. critique it..
The list goes on and on & on...

But now I stand for loving this body and knowing gratitude like a warm hug from a friend

Every day isn't perfect
Neither shall it be for you.

But the fact that you try, again and again, to be kind to yourself, find the beauty in your vessel.. this speaks volumes on your character.

God wants you to be confident.

He wants you to step into the calling He dreamnt up for you.

And that doesn't involve feeling mediocre about your body.

It involves claiming it, owning it, dressing it up, protecting it's health, celebrating it 🙏🏼

If we all waited to feel acknowledged for our feelings, fears, and desires by the WORLD

We would never actually work through them 😞 and we'd be waiting a hell of a long time lol...

And we'd feel like CRAP in the process.

There's an easy fix for this.

Self acknowledgment 😈💜

If you're not used to acknowledging yourself, it's all good, you can learn baby.

Tell yourself what you desire to hear. See yourself. Hear yourself. Trust and allow whatever wants to come through, to come through.

Then cradle your heart like a little baby. Sending sweet tender love notes;

Down to every cell.

You don't need anybody baby. So, I say this sweetly, stop waiting, because nobody is coming.

Nobody but God, and nobody but yourself.

You are so worthy of the most wild, beautiful self love that it rattles the ground you walk on.

And I'm rooting for this version of you. 💜🌸🎉

That isn’t because you have breasts and a p***y and a soft, tender voice

But rather, because God called you into a specific purpose, where you are meant to expand the consciousness and the light on this planet

A purpose where, perhaps you are meant to be a mother to something, to heal something, nurture something, whether a community, an animal

Or simply yourself

I pray you hold onto the purpose God called you into

And if you haven’t found your calling yet, you will, because you are a woman

Mother Nature is woven into your flesh, your curves, your Heart, the lines on your hands, each strand of hair

The way you dance, the way you bloom when you are loved, the way you soften and open when you feel heard

Everything you want is already yours, it is already in your energetic field if you desire it – A job, a relationship, a new habit, a new thought pattern, this ALREADY exists.

You just need to walk through the door, in 2022..

This year gets to be the year of self-love practices that honor your vessel, a year of saying YES to pleasure and movement that feeds your body, mind and soul

a year of saying goodbye to people that don’t honor YOU in the way you aim to honor yourself

A year of breaking RULES that no longer align with your personal values, even if that means being seen as “too much” or “not enough”

This is the year you fully embody your ENOUGH ness, and take up space in everything you want to become

This is your year of greatness, woman

The year that you pick yourself up again, and remind yourself that you are so wonderfully worthy of it ALL.

I've been there...

Letting my nervous system run my life without even noticing it. (because I wasn't aware of my body, breath, or thoughts)

I've also been in a spot of... letting my childhood wounds run the show. 🤯

Allowing this to happen isn't usually a conscious decision, but a gradual, overtime process due to an accumulation of pain & trauma not released.

How do you release wounds from childhood?

You allow yourself to feel the pain; in full depths.
Even if you have to drown in it for a moment.
Know that you're safe to face this now,

Trust in your heart & trust in God to hold you in this sorrow.

Know there is a beautiful light on the other side.
Because once you feel: you heal.

No more:

》 fight/flight
》 compare yourself
》 view yourself negatively
》 be around negative people
》 focusing on the wrongs: work, hustling,
》 people-pleasing to fill a void of what you didn't receive by your parents

You're no longer a child sweet one, you don't need to be directed by untrue subconscious beliefs about yourself and this world, your childhood wounds don't need to effect you anymore.

but they have been... right? That's because of the power of the subconscious mind and wounds from childhood that haven't been seen/heard/felt.

inner

her own inner angels & demons.

she isn't only sweet & soft.
she embodies {both}
she embodies {all}

she's the perfect duo.
the perfect combination of light and dark.
empty and whole.
recieving and giving.
screaming & whispering.
rushing and flowing.
she co-creates her own reality
alongside God.

and she knows, she is not
just
one
simple
thing.

she is
everything, all at once.
the raging sea, and the sun that appears
afterwards.

And this gets to be
just perfectly fine.
