"The evolution of The Blade Box"

First of all, we want to thank everyone for all the support they have showed us over the last year, it has been an awesome outpour of love from our friends and families in the communities in and around Auburn Bay, and for this we truly feel blessed. We started out by wanting to give people around the community the option to get their skates sharpened without standing in huge line ups at big box stores as we were doing. Lord knows we all have better things to do than to plan a day around getting the skates done before the next icetime, after skating on the lake ice or ODR. This was happening to us constantly. So for us, we seen this as an opportunity to have an epic family made adventure/undertaking that would not only help us out, but our community as well. Teaching our kids about the value of a dollar and that hard work pays off is an invaluable lesson we hope goes a long way with our kids moving forward. We just wanted to give you all a little sneak peek behind the scenes at what it took for the idea to come to life. Big shout out to Auburn House for letting us be a part of there skating experience here in the bay. France Lang and the folks at Identityink for the decals. To our amazing Cali Pieroway for helping us get this idea from a napkin and onto the computer. Without you folks, this dream would not have become a reality, and we are ever so grateful for your help and appreciate you very much. One last thank you.. to my wife/co-owner, operator of The Blade Box who supports all my crazy ideas. I love you unconditionally. We look forward to seeing you out on the pond!
