Not complaining but… why does Italy sell a whole capocollo for 17€ while American restaurants sell 4 slices for $28 and call it “an experience”?

Nothing exciting and new,, but baking can be when you bake for loved ones!! Keep on keeping on..:) keep calm and bake on!! Don't forget to buy local when you can ..support someone!!

Tried a pie in cottage country..has been a few years since I made pies in my little basement apartment during covid. Well it wasn't bad.. happy Pie season!!

Did canning this year..I want to hit a goal of doing jams beats chow and sauce..
