My whole life changed, the day I understood the connection between these two words RU Te DM. In Punjabi (my mother tongue)
Ru means Soul
Te means and
Dm means Breath
Soul & Breath are connected. Once we stop breathing, we are dead means our soul loses its identity & its quite clear that we can only enjoy the journey of this beautiful life while we are alive. We live once & all of us want to be happy. Of course we all deserve to be happy. What makes me feel sad?

Why? What stop me being happy? How can I lead a happy life? What does happiness mean to me? Where will I find the happiness? I was also looking for the answers of all these questions, life taught me many lessons. One day miracle happened & I realized the connection of Ru-Te-Dm. That’s when I started my journey to happiness & it led me to study life coaching. Going extra miles for others was always part of my personality. Bringing smile on someone’s face, always gave me the inner peace. But life coaching taught me how I could enjoy the rest of my journey of this beautiful life and how I can help others to explore the happiness. Let’s learn to live this beautiful life & enjoy every single moment of this amazing journey.
