A healthy 5-year-old Golden Retriever was handed over to an airline in Guangzhou.

Three hours later, after arriving in Seoul, his owner was asked to wait for nearly two hours.

Then came the only answer:

“Your dog is no longer breathing.”

No clear explanation.
No veterinarian.
No proper timeline of what happened to Bubble during those two hours.

When Bubble was finally seen, his body was already cold and stiff, with blood stains inside the carrier.

Compensation can never bring him back.

But his family deserves to know what happened.

What did Bubble go through during those final two hours?

And why are there still so many unanswered questions?

If this were your dog, would you accept this explanation?
