We moved away from the dated exterior and leaned into a clean, modern aesthetic. The star of the show is the brand-new roof extension over the front entrance, providing both a striking architectural element and practical protection from the Southern Alberta elements. 🌨️☀️

Custom Timber Work: Beautiful warm cedar beams for the entrance, accented with bold black bolts for an industrial-meets-rustic touch. 🪵

✅Siding Upgrade: Fresh white vinyl board and batten style siding to provide height and a crisp, clean backdrop. 🏳️

We recently wrapped up a clever renovation project that proves you don't always need a full gut to make a massive impact!

The goal for this Lethbridge home was to modernize the look and significantly improve the functionality of the main living area and entrances.

Key Features/Work Done:
✅ Entrance Reroute: We relocated the main entrance closet opening to create a much more spacious and seamless living room area. 📐

✅ Custom Closet Solution: The entrance closet was rebuilt on an adjacent wall, cleverly borrowing space from a spare bedroom closet. It features a sleek double swing door with a top magnet latch—a small detail that makes a big difference!🚪

✅Ceiling Refinish: We said goodbye to the dated textured ceilings! We scraped down the old texture, applied a stain blocker, and resprayed the main floor ceilings with a fresh, modern knockdown texture. ⬆️

✅Trim & Baseboard Upgrade: All older-style casing and baseboards on the main floor, back entrance, and basement bathroom were removed and replaced with clean, modern square-edge baseboards and casing. 🔨

Impact/Benefit:
By making strategic structural and aesthetic changes, we've transformed the main floor into a brighter, more open space with a cohesive, contemporary feel.

We recently replaced an old, wobbly 3’ fence with a new 6’ high brown pressure-treated fence for a homeowner in Lethbridge.

The goal? Match the look of an existing fence while giving it a fresh, clean foundation for the future. The homeowner plans to paint it white in a year — just as recommended for pressure-treated wood.

This Lethbridge homeowner had a bulky, rotting front facade that was falling apart. We safely removed the old structure and gave the front of the house a clean, durable upgrade with new aluminum soffit and fascia. 💪

Since the soffit lighting was no longer needed, we converted the wiring into practical exterior electrical outlets—perfect for future outdoor projects or seasonal décor! 🔌🏡
