This is what happens when awareness meats action.
Here’s what I’m focusing on this time around:
✅ Prioritizing protein at every meal

✅ Following a keto-friendly eating plan
✅ Drinking more water

None of these things are magic.
But together they make staying on track much easier.
The hardest part about doing this alone is figuring out what actually works.

One says carbs are the problem.

It’s exhausting.
