This book has been in the works for a long time, and now that it has finally arrived, it SOLD OUT IN DAYS!! The books arrived last week, I went out of town for a 5 day trip with my husband and our friends, and have worked ONE day since returning. If you pre-ordered, I still have your copy ready, signed, and waiting, and for those who ordered from out of town, your copies have been shipped (across the country from coast to coast!!).
