Last night was one of those nights where we got to do a really cool thing, we were proud to support the Oakville u16 Rangers in Oakville’s The Gift of Giving Back.

A special thank you to all who assisted in raising nearly $25,000 for our community!!

Project | 624 - Avonhead

Our internal team is currently working away in beautiful South Mississauga on this colossal run of 348 linear meters of our Fencor Retaining Wall System ranging from .50m to 2.25m in height. Once the Retaining Wall component is completed we’ll be installing the 1.2m ht. Black Vinyl Chainlink Fence on top of the Retaining Wall to complete our scope

The fellas were hammering down today installing Western Red Cedar 6x6x16 posts on this nice stretch of 2.4m Acoustic Fence w/ some extended footings.

The boys are hammering down on a Monday w/ 30° + weather to get this wrapped up for our friends over at Minto. This is our first time using the spec’d TimberLOC 6” Structural Wood Screw into the PT4x6’s decking & boy are these easy to use w/ the provided hex head driver. Hats off to FastenMaster for making sure every single screw has a consistent coating which means there’s no messing around to fit the screw into the hex head driver & thus the guys working the drill can get into a flow/rhythm of install & be more productive! Bonus points to for coming in clutch & saving the day!!

Project 557 | Bowbeer Heritage House

There’s something very elegant about sharp straight lines from plant beds complemented w/ level Wrought Iron panels. Our scope of work was to install the 30” Aluminum Wrought Iron Fence from that is wrapping around the Heritage House as well as the 1.8m Western Red Cedar Privacy Fence located at the rear of the house

There’s definitely something very exciting about working w/ Western Red Cedar. Perhaps it’s the richness in colour, that majestic scent or even that beautiful wood grain pattern. Our scope of work was to install a 2.2m Acoustic Fence w/ gate to meet the deadline for a Lot Closing for our friends over at Mattamy. Our team passed all footing inspections on Monday morning, we set posts & poured concrete Monday at lunch. Our Framing & Boarding team worked through some very unfavourable weather yesterday & returned this morning to finish this beauty up…

It’s the little things daily that add up to makes us who we are. This is a big thank you for everyone involved from the backend of our operations as in the individual calling the locates to the project manager that’s managing the site & utilizing Hydrovac services when required due to conflicts w/ utilities to the hard working fellas with their boots on ground who exercise safe practices daily to ensure we get it right!
