Our company is hiring a Full-time Office Assistant and Bookkeeper.
We are located close to First Avenue and Boundary Road in North Burnaby.

Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping and daily data entry using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Paying Vendors monthly and receiving payments daily using the POS
- Organizing files
- Light maintenance of the office, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Providing excellent customer service in person, by email, and over the phone
- Creating estimates
- Scheduling and managing appointments

After 3 months of successful employment we offer medical/dental benefits on our group plan

Compensation will vary based on experience.

Experience is not needed. We will provide training.
