What do wild foraging, Michelin-star cooking, and a three-course meal have in common? Chef Oliver is bringing all of these to our next Community Kitchen! Join us on June 17 as Oliver Vimos teaches us classic and modern culinary techniques that support wild gastronomy—a seasonal foraging practice that elevates hyper-local plants, fungi, and game into fine culinary experiences 🍄🍽️

Come learn knife skills and more about the culinary world from a professional chef, all while enjoying a surprise three-course meal prepared by Oliver!

Food Rescue Thursdays are back starting tomorrow 🌽🌶️

We rescue grocery store produce that does not meet the selling criteria of supermarket chains and distribute it for FREE to SFU students.

Come by each week to grab some free + fresh produce ✨
