Welcome to the MedConnect Conference page!
MedConnect is a conference aimed at connecting tomorrow’s healthcare professionals with today’s! The conference's goal is to deliver a concise, yet informative synopsis of what the journey to medical school is like, and the lifestyle it entails. It is the event team's hopes that attendees will acquire new invaluable insights about the medical world, and leave with the inspiration to pursue any lifelong endeavour.
The event comprises of lectures from distinguished doctors of unique specialties, workshops to immerse attendees into the medical world, and a selected panel of current UBC Medical students. MedConnect also presents a valuable network of specialized health professionals, and individuals with deep knowledge into the competitive medical school application process.
Held annually for university students since 2013 by Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity (Canada Beta Chapter), MedConnect is open to both motivated high school and university students!
