We are a well established, reputable Fire Protection company seeking an individual who’s interested in building a career in an industry that is in high demand and fast paced.
This entry level position assists in day to day office operations including filing, receiving and dispatching routine and emergency service calls, processing work orders, preparing and distributing quotes and service pricing, gathering information, keeping records including spreadsheet management, creating reports effectively and efficiently, coordinate received information with property managers and/or onsite contacts pertaining to scheduled inspections, service calls and other emergency situations. Service Coordinators also act as a liaison to resolve concerns with customers and maintain a desired level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
We require a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, has written and verbal fluency in English. This team player demonstrates professional customer service skills, tact, diplomacy, patience, good judgement and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize. Minimum one year customer service experience as well as intermediate to advanced expertise with Word, Excel, & Outlook programs.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes benefit coverage after the probationary period.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls to schedule work; assisting in day to day office operations; preparing and distributing quotes and service pricing; coordinating directly with technicians/site contacts and performing office duties as assigned.
We require a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, has written and verbal fluency in English and a genuine interest in and willingness to continuously learn.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, tact, diplomacy, patience, good judgment, and strong ability to multi task and prioritize; a minimum of one year customer service experience as well as intermediate to advanced level expertise with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
