In this role, you'll independently assess the quality of our AML, anti-terrorist financing, sanctions compliance, and fraud-related operations, executing risk-based QC testing, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and helping strengthen our compliance program from the inside out.

If you have strong working knowledge of FINTRAC and PCMLTFA, proven QC/QA methodology experience, and a solid grasp of fraud risk indicators and escalation processes, we'd love to hear from you. French is an asset.

Last week, the OneCap team rolled up their sleeves for the Pack & Give Back
volunteer event in support of Backpack Buddies, and this year, we outdid ourselves.

Each volunteer packed an average of 113 bags, up from 103 at our last event in 2024.

Every single one of those bags will reach a school-aged child this weekend, helping bridge the hunger gap when the school week ends.

Giving back to our communities isn't something we do on the side; it's part of who we are as a team. We're already looking forward to next year.
