Vacation notice:
I’ll be out of office this week from August 18-28. Any non-urgent inquiries will be addressed the weekend of the 26th.

New Announcement:

The masking mandate has been extended for health care settings. The CMTO considers all RMT practice settings to be health care settings for the purposes of the masking mandate. RMTs must continue to wear surgical/procedural masks and clients must be masked in the practice setting until June 11.

I will continue to make updates closer to June 11th 2022.

New directives from the CMTO on masking:

As of March 21, masks will no longer be required, except for public transit, health care settings, long-term care homes and congregate care settings. CMTO considers all RMT practice settings to be health care settings for the purposes of the masking mandate. RMTs will continue to wear surgical/procedural masks and clients will be expected to wear a mask until April 27, 2022.

Ontario is imposing new restrictions due to growing concerns with the omicron variant. Massage therapy has not been impacted by these restrictions and I will continue to treat patients during this time. I do ask that you continue to be truthful in your pre-screenings and to postpone your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Let’s continue to keep massage therapy as safe as possible for everyone. 

I’d like to thank everyone who has been honest and forthcoming during the past two years. I’d also like to remind everyone that I will not be charging cancellation fees due to illness and ask that if you have any symptoms regardless of negative PCR or rapid test, to please postpone your appointment until you are 100% recovered.
