TONStudio Momentum fait partie du continuum santé de TONMomentum, c’est une suite logique de TAClinique, si c’est suggéré par votre thérapeute. Le but est d’optimiser votre qualité de vie. Que ce soit pour un programme de remise en forme, de réadaptation ou des entraînements spécifiques pour un événement sportif particulier, nous serons à votre écoute pour vous développer un programme à votre sauce, qui saura vous plaire, afin que vous puissiez atteindre une hygiène de vie plus saine et un niveau sportif encore meilleur qu’avant.
TESThérapeutes sont : Constance, Samuel et Vittia.
Tarif :
- Forfait TAthérapie sportive : 165 $
Comprends une séance d’évaluation de 90 minutes lors de laquelle nous allons évaluer votre condition physique générale, votre force musculaire au niveau des jambes, des bras, du tronc et des abdominaux, votre pourcentage de gras. Avec tout ça, nous concocterons un plan d’entraînement personnalisé selon vos objectifs souhaités qui seront mis à profit lors d’une séance d’entraînement de 60 minutes avec TONThérapeute sportif.
- Forfait TONentraînement : 600 $
Comprends un accès illimité à TONStudio pendant 10 semaines, une séance de 60 minutes par semaine avec TONThérapeute sportif.

The Work Out of the Week
Can’t go to the corner store? Well it’s coming for you!
Each exercices are done to completions with 7 reps and repeated for 11 set.
Beginners: work your way up. If it’s not 7 reps that you can do, start with 3 and move up
Intermediate: just do it!
The pros: instead of the push up use the bench
Tomorow we will post the mods for anyone who has joint paints or difficulty to do the challenge/exercice.

Here is the game plan:
For novice: take the time to warm up. Do 1-2 exercices of the workout per day, next day switch it up for the one you didn’t do.
Not so novice: hit that workout. Too easy? Repeat it twice
The snow machine level: add them weight! Got no weight? Use a back back. The heavier the better. *respect your limit tho*

This week workout. THE PUMP!
It’s a matter of the heart ❤️ this week.
Beginners: take your time to do them. Either go for 10 reps at a time until completion or modify the exercice with no impact.
*Our modify workout will be posted tomorow for real*
Intermediate: how fast can you go? Can you beat the clock at under 20 min?
Advance: I dare you to do them under 15 min, I dare you. If you don’t manage add 10 clapping push-up per min passed the 15 min mark.

THUNDER! ⚡️ THIGHS!
Let make it simple, your legs are your wheels! Therefor you can’t neglect them!
Level 1: do half the rep and take the time you need to complete it. If the pistol squat are too hard switch to a lunge
Level 2: complete the workout add some weight if you need too
Level 3: switch the squat to a weight front squat and get them abs flexing. Tuck Jump? Double the reps!

Can you hit this MAN MAKER WORKOUT?
Rules are simple:
Do it for time!
Any push-up and pull up variation are ok 👌 as long YOU do it!
Do one push-ups then move to a pull right after. Repeat until you hit 20! Or more!
Beginners:
Push up on knees to half pull up
Intermediate:
Just do it
Advance:
Add weight to your push up and pull up!
