Create first, then flow in the hot room. 🎨🧘‍♀️

Join and I for an afternoon of creativity and movement at Modo Yoga Brant. We’ll start by creating your own textured art piece using drywall compound on a 12×16 canvas — no experience needed!

Once our pieces are finished, we’ll move into a guided hot yoga session to stretch, reset, and unwind.

All materials and supplies are provided, along with light snacks and refreshments.
