Anger is a normal emotion, but for some children, it can be difficult to understand, express, and manage.
If your child is struggling with big emotions, you're not alone. Our team of compassionate therapists works with children, teens, and adults to help them better understand their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence.
We're here to help every step of the way.

Parenting has changed significantly over the generations. Many families have moved away from obedience-based or punitive approaches that focused primarily on compliance and fear of consequences. Instead, “modern” parenting approaches recognize the importance of teaching children why behaviours matter, helping them understand natural, real life consequences, and creating opportunities for learning and growth.

I think it's safe to say there was plenty of fun to be had at this year's Summer Camp!
For the first time, we were able to offer camp for two different age groups, giving even more children the opportunity to make new friends, build confidence, and create lasting memories. We wrapped up an incredible week with an exciting reptile show that was a huge hit!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make these camps such a success, from our amazing staff, volunteers, and planners to the families who trusted us to be part of their children's summer. Your support and enthusiasm made this week truly special.
We already can't wait for our next camps!
