After a full day in the yard getting everything ready for summer, thereâs no better feeling than firing up the pizza oven and soaking in every last second of sunshine.
Tonightâs dinner? Our go-to, a whole roasted chicken in cast iron with whatever veggies weâve got on hand (last time we even stuffed it with bacon đ

Rob cooked a turkey in his Caldo Hybrid pizza oven. Wow! It looks like perfection
He said it was a 10lb turkey, done in 2 hours. He warmed up the oven with gas, then switched to alder wood for the actual cook.
