After many years of leadership with Premier Builder Group and Keller Developments, Scott wrapped up his time with us last week, and we want to take a moment to sincerely thank him for everything he’s contributed.

Scott played a key role in our growth over the years, and his experience, professionalism, and steady leadership left a lasting impact on our team and our projects. We’re grateful for the time we worked together and for the dedication he brought to his role.

We wish Scott nothing but success as he begins this next chapter and look forward to seeing what’s ahead for him.

After 14 years with Premier Builder Group and 5 years with Keller Developments, I’ve decided it’s time for a new chapter.

I’m grateful for the lessons learned, the memories made, and the many great people I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside. I wish everyone continued success moving forward.

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Richard (Rolly) as Director of Operations with Keller Enterprises Ltd and Premier Builder Group Ltd.

Rolly brings a strong combination of operational leadership, financial expertise, and people management experience, and will support construction and development operations across the Group.

He will officially begin in this role on February 2, 2026.

At our year-end staff party on December 13 at The Royal Canadian Legion, we proudly recognized several team members for reaching an important milestone — five years with Keller Developments and Premier Builder Group.
