Protein Waffles

1 scoop protein vanilla powder
1 scoop carb blocker protein powder ( or just two scoops of protein powder )

2 eggs or 6 T liquid egg whites

3 T ultra filtered milk ( has 20% Protein )

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp butter extract .

Mix and cook on waffle maker

Makes one large waffle or two small ones

Topping :

1/4 cup whipped cream
Some chopped walnuts
1/4 of a chocolate or whatever kind of protein bar cut up (low sugar-high protein)

Drizzle with Carmel skinny syrup

So delicious 😋

Post-workout fuel: carb blocker + UltraPur lactose-free protein (hello 20g 💪)

CARNIVORE NOODLE RECIPE:

4 large eggs
4 ounces (½ cup) cream cheese
¼ cup pork panko (optional if you don’t consume pork)
2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
2. Put the eggs, cream cheese, panko, and gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread into a thin layer, almost to the edges. I find that using an offset spatula (for cake decorating) works best to get it flat and smooth.
4. Bake just until set and the edges have started to become lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
5. Slide the silicone mat or parchment paper with the sheet of noodle onto a cooling rack. Let cool until the sheet of noodle is still warm but you can comfortably handle it, about 10 minutes. This is a great time to get the sauce and Parmesan (if using) ready.
6. When cooled, loosely roll the sheet of noodle like you would a jelly roll, then slice crosswise into ribbons of your desired width.
