Just a few pictures of a nice big hydraulic cylinder we repaired.

The last post I put up had a broken cylinder head, and the shaft was very bent. This is a side by side of the same cylinder head and the new cylinder head we just finished making.

Friends, if you have a hydraulic cylinder that looks like this, send it to us to handle for you. We can fix it up right.

Well, like most repair shops, we ARE OPEN during our regular business hours. However, in observation of social distancing, we are accepting work by slightly alternative means.

The process for our new Jib Crane started way back in November 2019. We are finally up and operational!

This John Deere Lift Cylinder came in with a bown out tube. We cleaned up all the parts, made up a schematic of the tube, made the new tube, assembled, and painted it up. Lookes much better! Works like a charm!

Spring is just around the corner. Time to start brining in your cylinders, pumps, motors and Radiators!
