Brandon Racquetball Association

RACQUETBALL MANITOBA PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS wound up over the weekend at the Brandon Community Sportsplex. Both adult and junior divisions were featured. There were lots of great matches with many going to a tiebreaker. Special thanks go to Cher Allen of Racquetball Manitoba who served as the Tournament Director and kept the matches running smoothly all weekend. The Brandon Racquetball Association would like to congratulate all the winners and also thank all those that participated. Good luck to all those that will representing Brandon and Manitoba at the National Championships in Burlington Ontario in May. Please see the photos of some of the winners.

The Brandon Blasters wound up the winter session on Saturday with lots of fun activities.... Blaze pods, radar gun, short court, puzzles, posters, and of course badge presentations. We hope everyone enjoys the summer and we look forward to seeing you in the fall.

The Brandon Blasters Open Tournament wound up on Sunday. 59 competitors participated in 7 divisions. There were many fantastic matches featuring long rallies, tie breakers and some awesome shots for the fans to enjoy. Off the courts there were snacks, a banquet with great food from Montana's BBQ & Bar and lots of socialing. The Brandon Racquetball Association wants to thank our sponsors, BRANDON SOURCE FOR SPORTS, RFNOW INC, KEYSTONE CAPITAL & ASSOCIATES, & MONTANA'S BBQ & BAR and all of our volunteer for their donations and their time. The Brandon"racquetball community" came together and made this event a huge success .... Thank you!
