This is what happens when you neglect your roof. That insulation isn’t just damp or a little bit wet, I can pull it out and ring water out! Inspect your roof, if you can’t or don’t know what to look for, call in a professional before it gets to this point! Solution to this is we are installing 10-12 one way air vents as shown in the other pics to let the moisture out over time! As the customer did not have the means to replace a whole roof down to the decking on a building that is 100’x45’.

This is what happens when routine maintenance goes by the way side. You end up with rotten structure! Regularly checking water entry points is important, checking caulking to make sure it is still up to par! No matter the size!!

UV protective coating applied to the old roof that wasn’t getting re covered by our granular roofing membrane! And that is a wrap on another job. On to the next one!!

When there is no room for eavestrough between the hydro mast’s and the roof edge you have to improvise. So we came up with this custom curb edge in pretty short order to direct water to the eavestroughs on either side of the mast! The second pic is of the roof nearing completion!
