HELP WANTED! Autobody/Collision Repair Apprentice

Forman Collision Centre is seeking an autobody/collision repair apprentice Level 1-4 to join our growing team within our expanding modern facility.

Our shop has been designed with attention to maximizing flow, efficiencies; process design based on "Lean" think practices and principals equipped with all the latest cutting-edge equipment. This facility will be a very gratifying workplace for the right candidate leading the industry with progressive approach to the collision repair industry.

Apprentice Technicians are primarily responsible for:
- Reviewing work orders
- Dismantling vehicles and diagnosing visual and internal damage
- Repairing and replacing parts
- Reassembling vehicles
- Maintaining shop equipment and facility
- Assisting journeyman technicians

Seeking candidates who are:
- Enrolled or looking to enroll into autobody / collision repair apprenticeship
- Motivated
- Passionate about cars
- Organized and able to manage their time effectively
- Detail oriented
- Team players
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Knowledgeable of the collision repair process
- Hold a valid drivers license

Apprentices are expected to maintain high quality levels while working in a productive and efficient manner. They are also expected to:
- Be able to multi-task in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
- Be proactive and responsible for accomplishing personal and company goals without the need for daily coaching or prompting from Management.
- Deliver results while working with others, and join a team culture that is respectful and supports the company values.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
