Position: Operations Manager for ZY & Co. Bulk Terminal (Pvt) Ltd

Job Requirements:
· Overall Planning, implementation and oversee Terminal Operations Management
· Management of terminal standards to meet quality and safety standards
· Increase efficiency and Organizational compliance.
· Perform Safety audits, and perform trainings such as quality improvement, hazardous material handling and employee orientation to enhance learning.
· Ensure all consistently comply with the safety rules, administrative procedures and policies, environmental policies, and custom regulations.
· Collaborate with staff members and other heads to create, modify and implement goals, procedures, policies and objectives.
· Responsible to verify terminal and custom related documents to meet standards.
· Business development for revenue improvements.
· Recommend good work practices to enhance existing practices and foster positive work attitude among staff.

Qualification: Min Bachelors (Bachelors of Science or equivalent).

Experience: 4 – 6 yrs in the same field. Previous experience on a leading role at terminal will be preferred.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills

Location: Kemari, Karachi
Salary: 100k – 150k (Depending upon experience).
