This is an alarming issue that directly affects Canadians. Recent events between two religious groups from India have highlighted a distressing trend – the influx of military-aged men from India under the guise of students or workers, who have unfortunately brought with them a wave of communal discord that breaches our Canadian values of unity and peace.

It seems we are facing an alarming issue where the integrity of our nation is at stake. The intentions of these individuals are far from academic or professional growth; instead, it feels like our open borders have been exploited, endangering national security and social harmony.

A concerning fact to consider is that, according to a Statistics Canada report, the number of Indian students in Canada has soared from 76,075 in 2016 to 319000 in 2023, and those are just on “student” visas, the total number including visitor visa, dependants likely exceeds 1.5 million. Undeniably, not all are here with malicious intentions, but the lack of thorough vetting before issuing visas has risked our national security and harmony.

We cannot overlook that this surge might have led to less rigorous scrutiny during the visa approval process. Therefore, this petition pipes up about the need to put a complete and indefinite halt to the issuance of student visas, visitor visas, and Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) backed work permits to Indian applicants. LMIAS can be bought for 25-40k with payroll faked.

We need to reassess our policies to ensure they are aligned with the safety and well-being of Canadians. Our open borders should not be a free pass for those looking to exploit them.

We have seen visuals on x of worshippers getting attacked and then of the retaliation en masse against vehicles in traffic and against law enforcement. There are whatsapp messages being circulated calling for making of petrol bombs. We have seen individuals brandishing swords and an individual calling for the Indian army to invade Canada. We need to wakeup! Our law enforcement is not ready to deal with a mass civil unrest. With all the economic downturn we have seen, the rise of housing prices, the loss of jobs, this is the last thing Canada needs.

Imagine you are with your family in your minivan and suddenly you get caught in crossfire between two rival groups who have brought their tribal rivalry to Canada. Your car gets attacked by sticks and stones. What do you do?

Canadians need to feel safe again.

*اگلی رات کو پھر وہیں آوازیں آئیں ۔ تو صبح بادشاہ نے وزیر سے فرمایا کہ کل آپ نے سامان نہیں بھجوایا کیا۔تو وزیر نے فوری جواب دیا کہ جی بادشاہ سلامت بھجوایا تو تھا*
*اس پر بادشاہ نے فرمایا کہ پھر شور کیوں ؟؟؟*

*تو وزیر نے کہا جناب سردی کی وجہ سے شور کررہےہیں ۔تو بادشاہ نے آرڈر جاری کیا کہ بستروں کا انتظام کیا جائے۔*

*وزیر نے حسب عادت کچھ بستر گھر بھیج دیئے اور کچھ رشتہ داروں اور دوستوں میں تقسیم کیے۔*
*جب پھر رات آئی تو بدستورآوازیں آنا شروع ہوگئیں ۔تو بادشاہ کو غصہ آیا اور اسی وقت وزیر کو طلب کیا کہ کیا بستروں کا انتظام نہیں کیا گیا۔*
*تو وزیر نے کہا کہ جناب وہ سب کچھ ہوگیا ہے تو بادشاہ نے فرمایا کہ پھر یہ شور کیوں ؟؟؟۔۔*
*تو وزیر نے اب بادشاہ کو تو مطمئین کرنا ہی تھا ۔اور اوکے رپورٹ بھی دینی تھی۔تو وہ باہر گیا کہ پتہ کرکے آتا ہوں ۔۔*
*وزیر جب واپس آیا تو مسکراہٹ لبوں پر سجائے آداب عرض کیا کہ بادشاہ سلامت یہ شور نہیں کررہے.*
