Prior to his confirmation, Mr. Bhatt served as the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Transportation, a Cabinet Secretary of the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), and FHWA Associate Administrator for Policy and Government Affairs during the Obama Administration.
