When rent takes almost the entire paycheck, the first thing families cut is their grocery budget. Food becomes a luxury they simply can't afford.
That is exactly why our food rescue mission is a lifeline. By rescuing food we can directly put it into the hands of single parents and low-income families. We can lift a massive financial burden off their shoulders. The money they save on groceries is money they can use to pay rent and keep their lights on or replace their now too small shoes.♡
When the cost of living forces our neighbors into impossible choices, we ensure that feeding their kids isn't one of them.♥︎

No journey is too far and no weather is too bad for Giving Without Expectations volunteers. From Brampton and Burlington to Brantford, they travel with compassion, delivering food and hope to those in need.

Looking for a simple way to make a massive difference in your community?
One or two hours a week or bi-weekly of your time is all it takes to help us feed families in need and reduce food waste!
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help pick up and transport food donations. If you have a passion for helping others and access to a vehicle, we need you on our team! ♥︎
