NOTE - Miller's new cabinet position is MINISTER OF IDENTITY AND CULTURE. He is saying that your identity as a Christian is unacceptable (it will eventually become illegal) if you believe all of scripture is the innerant Word of God. The government of
Canada is going to be telling us the parts of scripture are correct.

Is this Canada's official religion. Miller seems to be assuming the role of ruler/superintendant/bishop/pope/imam over all religions in Canada.

If a pastor preaches the truth of all scripture - even in a kind gracious manner - what will be the punishment?

Canadians can absolutely COUNT ON this piece of Federal Liberal legislation to "evolve" into deliberate systemic intimidation of conservative Christians in the public. Those who quote the Bible to question the validity of transgenderism, for example, or are critical of s*xual progressivism in general, are among the most vulnerable in the immediate sense, followed by others— depending on the morphing elasticity of the definitions of "hatred". Our new Heritage minister doesn't understand the nation's Christian heritage. See story link below in comments. In the meantime, here's a quote or two:

"The newly minted minister responsible for Canadian Heritage and Official Languages said as a person of Christian faith with “very, very deep beliefs,” he does not believe a religious text should be used, “to escape from committing a hate crime,” or make a claim that hate was being promoted “in the name of a religious text.” [EOPS note: The problem with this statement is that mere critical analysis is now routinely labelled 'hatred' in culture].

"The Christian Legal Fellowship, a national association representing Christian lawyers and law students, has spoken out against the proposed removal of the religious defences provision, warning it could lead to a chilling effect on speech. Its executive director has also argued that those with minority opinions deserve protection from criminal liability."

The Liberals launched a serious attack on religious communities today, and brought in a new Minister, who believes that the Bible and other religious texts are hateful, to lead the charge. Conservatives will fight this attack on your freedoms of religion and expression.
