Sometimes a Friday night we can be found at a local karaoke spot playing darts, sometimes we go dancing.

But for sure, the best way to reset on a Friday night has got to be the sunset with your dog, quietly snoring at your feet. A small container flame to keep mosquitos away and the sounds of nature, creating the most beautiful song of the night! Today we saw FIVE gosling in the pond! Shortly after this video the coyotes joined the choir!

I am so grateful to this land, to this life. To the universe for providing such beauty, and I am grateful to mother nature blessing us with such a gorgeous day today!

Post-collab comedown is real.

It’s like this big, electric storm of energy leading up to it… ideas flying, sets coming to life, people showing up and bringing magic I couldn’t even plan if I tried. And then—quiet.

Not empty. Just… still.

Because what people don’t always see is how much of me gets poured into these. The planning, the building, the holding-it-all-together moments. It’s not just an event, it’s a full-on piece of my heart walking around outside my body for a day.

So yeah, after—it gets a little lull-y. A little “what now?”

But then the photos start rolling in.
The edits.
The tags.
The moments I missed while I was busy making sure everything worked.

And it reminds me why I do this in the first place.

Not for the rush.
