The healing power of nature, the natural recuperative power of the body and the importance of preventive health measures are what we find when using the relationship between the astrological chart and what happens in the body.
Maintaining good health is a concern for many yet with overwhelming recommendations and choices coming at us from everywhere how do we what to choose?
Astrology has been utilized for over 4,000 years.
Using the chart as a tool to assess strengths and weaknesses for preventive medicine we can actually improve our health with simple daily habits that the body recognizes and easily assimilates.
There are ten planets that, in our chart, symbolize energy that is expressed in our lives. Each one rules a particular body system.
The Moon - symbolic of emotions and their role in maintaining our health. It also represents fluids of the body.
The Moon and it's cycles impact the quality of response to the body's needs and how the body adjusts to everyday challenges and stresses.
Imbalance in the body, in relation to the moon cycles impacting our bodies include :
Emotionally based illness
Eating disorders
Stomach and bowel problems
Menstrual problems
Water retention
Eye problems
Foods to support the body include:
blueberry, broccoli, brussel sprouts, butter, cabbage, cauliflower, coconut, cucumber, eggs, grapes, grapefruit, lemon, lentil, lettuce, melon, mushroom, papaya, potato, pumpkin, seaweed, watermelon, white wine, yogurt
There are more layers to the chart that give more information and the bigger view picture of how to best support our bodies and keep them balanced ( Libra loves balance 😁) and healthy.
Our bodies are incredible and do their best to care for us. It can only go on for so long if we’re not listening.
Turns out, we’ve had the “instruction manual” all along! 🎉👏👏👏

Do you have stubborn breakouts, eczema flare-ups, or rosacea that just won’t calm down no matter what you apply topically?
Your skin is most likely reflecting what’s going on in your gut.
👉 An imbalanced gut microbiome can lead to systemic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and immune dysfunction—all of which show up on your skin.
🔬 With Dermaviduals, I don’t just treat the symptom on the surface. My approach digs deeper to understand the why. Skin correction starts with supporting the skin barrier, yes, but also looking at internal triggers.
🛑 Stop treating your skin like it’s isolated.
✅ Start supporting it with a strategy that includes both topical science and gut health awareness.

In Medical Astrology the planets each have areas related to our bodies that they rule.
They are also each connected to one of the 12 astrological signs.
Depending on where the planets are in a chart ( based on time of birth) and which sign they are in, gives us a lot of information on how to take care of our bodies. 👍
I see it as the “ instruction manual “ for our bodies health and life. 💃
For example, my “sign” is Libra. This means the Sun was in the placement of Libra at the time I was born. 🐣
The Sun is represents our core vitality and constitution. It’s our “battery pack” 🪫
Body wise, the Sun is connected to the spine, thoracic vertebrae, heart and marrow.
If we find ourselves challenged in these areas then we look to the wholistic triad of mind, body and spirit to treat the entire person. Parts cannot be separated as they do not operate individually.
Once a bigger view of the entire person is looked at, then there are recommendations to nutrients, foods, cell slats, Bach flower remedies and holistic therapies that are best to bring the body back to balance and wellness.
So again, using my Libra. Libra represents the energy of balance.
Common ailments for Libra are kidney problems, urinary infections, fluid retention, thyroid problems, hormone issues, lower back pain, high blood pressure due to kidney problems.
Libra, which is ruled by Venus, tends toward a sweet or savory tooth and does well to not overindulge.
Exercise for Libra is important but for Librans this is a big effort 🥴. Best to get involved is “social “ types of sport 🧘🏻♀️
Libra tends to imbalances of many systems and adrenal exhaustion.
Some foods to support Libra include carrots, asparagus, beets, corn, rice, figs, apples, strawberries, peaches, almonds and raisins, celery, pomegranate, spinach, radishes and beans.
There are more layers to the chart that give more information and the bigger view picture of how to best support our bodies and keep them balanced ( Libra loves balance 😁) and healthy.
Our bodies are incredible and do their best to care for us. It can only go on for so long if we’re not listening.

Happy New Year! The power of our questions determines the quality of our lives! This was shared with us by one of my mentors on a group call and it got me thinking.
