Wow, thanks Diana Fantin Graham for this video! All these years I have tried to stifle my shivers and fidgeting. Upping my zinc and magnesium, and consciously not moving.
I knew that if people were figeting during my workshops they were neurologically learning faster than those who sat there like NPC's but this is cool.

I had a wonderful time as the guest speaker today at The Cricket Club in Toronto for the DKG Sister A.T. Sheehan Lecture and High Tea.
The participants learned how important movement is to mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
The presentation addressed practical ways that anyone can do to prevent and alleviate symptoms of Alzheimer's, Dementia, Depression, while empowering people to take easy steps to improve through physical movements.
I enjoyed meeting with the participants and hearing their stories and answering their questions.
Many were leaving feeling empowered that they could help themselves and others.

On this Thanksgiving day I am grateful for so many things. Including getting rid of inflammation.

I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old. I didn't lose my eyesight then, rather it was only then that the adults in my life realized I actually could not see at a distance.
Needless to say I have always looked for ways to improve my vision. Liver support, Candida cleanses, Body Talk, Reiki ... and when I was 50 my eye doctor actually asked me "Jessy, Why do you wear glasses?" My vision was apparently 20/20 but I kept my distance glasses nearby me at all times, in case I needed them to see clearer at a distance.
Now my vision has gone the other way, my arms are too short to read the tiny print. So I use the red light therapy, teraherz and AO wavelength frequencies on my myself. (I no longer have any energy workers around me to do Bars & Vision Correction).
Obviously posture & nutrition has a lot to do with our vision, and so does our gut health.
